First attended Judges course 1975 Attended every Judges course since my first one.

Acted as Steward for Bob Sawfoot at the first Luton National show in 1975

Qualified as a Judge AJC 1976, AJS1977 Judged around the country since then.

Branch Treasurer and Chairman in late 70s. and instigated new Show Schedule in line with the Guide to shows and current thinking.

Red jumper worn since it was knitted in about 1982.

Helped man the BCSS stand at Tatton Park since its inception.

Current Branch Treasurer Chester and North Wales District since 2006.

Emergency lecturer and auctioneer for branch.

Main greenhouse 10m x 10m. Interested in and grow most Genera of Cacti and succulents excluding many genera requiring high minimum temperatures. Most plants in my collection grown from seed or small cuttings or seedlings originally.

Visited both Argentina and South Africa
